Once we receive your license from the Real Estate Commission, we will forward it to you via mail to the address specified on your “Agent Info Form”.
5) Please join Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® or Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS® or Bucks County Association of REALTORS® or Lancaster County Association of Realtors® and Bright MLS
6) To join Bright MLS use broker Code PHILAHS.
7) To access your transaction documents on Zip Forms, visit www.zipformplus.com. Create your account, select “I’m a REALTOR®,” and then choose your association.
8) Upon submitting the documents mentioned above and our verification of your current license you will receive a welcome email which will include your signed Independent Contractor Agreement, an executed Philadelphia House Agent Guide and our. Our Office Consultant will also contact you via phone to answer your questions and help with the onboarding process. Also you will get a username and password to get access to your Agent Hub.
